A company may have to part with a manager for a variety of reasons. A company benefits in several ways from offering outplacement to departing managers. Firstly, it strengthens the company's image, as a fair and professional separation process signals social responsibility and improves external perception. On the other hand, respectful behaviour has a positive effect on the motivation and loyalty of the remaining employees, who perceive the company as caring. At the same time, legal conflicts and potential reputational damage caused by dissatisfied ex-employees are minimised. An out-placement programme makes it easier for those affected to reorient themselves professionally, enabling them to find a new position more quickly and potentially retain valuable contacts in their network. With our Executive New-Placement - Advisory & Support programme, we offer newly oriented executives the opportunity to open doors - especially in the hidden job market - on their way to a new role.




EXECUTIVE NEW-PLACEMENT - ADVISORY & SUPPORT

Target Group: 

  • Managers and senior experts with a current salary package (fixed basic salary + variable component) of >€ 150,000.00 p.a.

 Advisory services and active support, among other things:

  • NewCareer Coaching: 3 sessions of 60 minutes each with one of our coaches on fundamental considerations in the context of a professional reorientation
  • Detailed interview on expertise and criteria for a new professional role by the advising partner
  • Review and, if necessary, optimisation of the CV so that it contains the right key words and can be read by common applicant management systems
  • Review and, if necessary, optimisation of the LinkedIn profile so that the profile can be found by researchers from companies and recruitment consultancies
  • Creation of an anonymised candidate profile for initial transmission to potential stakeholders in the application process
  • Development and implementation of a strategy to support the integration of personal recommendations
  • Definition of at least 10 and a maximum of 25 companies of interest for the next step, with which there are no existing personal contacts
  • Research potential stakeholders - in particular Head of Human Resources, possibly also Head of Talent Acquisition, Hiring Manager in a higher-level function - in the defined companies
  • Contacting potential stakeholders in the defined companies and ideally presenting the anonymous candidate profile and establishing direct contact with the relevant stakeholders
  • Ongoing research for potentially interesting vacancies and, if possible, initially anonymous presentation of the candidate profile
  • Sparring partner available at all times during the application process

Duration:

  • Advisory, guidance and active support until the signing of a new employment contract, maximum 6 months from order confirmation
  • NO guarantee of a successful placement within the 6 months

Fee:     

  • Fee on request
  • No more than 5 mandates are handled simultaneously by one partner in the Executive New Placement Programme. We take time for our clients.
